Artist's Comments

Meet John, my uncle. He's an architect, but I don't know if he regularly laments. Honestly, the title is just there to sound sophisticated and upper-class when really this was just a silly candid shot done one evening. Some minor tweaking in Photoshop brought out the detail and helped display his personality. Not wrinkles of the face, but wrinkles of the brain. He always seems to have something deep and philosophical on the mind.

Well I hope it looks unreal. I wouldn't want to scare people into thinking that there's a giant face peering at them through their monitor. It's bad business to scare away your customers =P

Lovely capture. The detail in his hair is great, and I love how he looks like he's concentrating some some deep thought. He's almost pensive, but there's some different, deeper emotion I can't quite put to word. Excellent job.
